The Kensington Aluminium Pedestrian Side Gate is a modern take on a traditional design. Manufactured from low-maintenance aluminium, it features a horizontal infill panel and a flat top rail that will create a bold design statement for any pedestrian entrance. With a solid panel, the gate will offer excellent levels of privacy and security, requires virtually no maintenance and is supplied in a hardwearing powder-coated paint finish.

Opening Size Requirements

Physical Width = 900mm (this requires an opening of 930mm between your walls or posts)

Physical Width = 1000mm (this requires an opening of 1030mm between your walls or posts)

Physical Width = 1200mm (this requires an opening of 1230mm between your walls or posts)

Height Dimensions

The height of the wall or posts needs to be a minimum of 100mm taller than the physical height of the gate you order. This ensures enough space is available to accommodate the top and bottom hinges.

Are You Ordering Aluminium Posts?

If you need to order posts to provide support, please be aware that they are blank (undrilled), giving you the flexibility to attach the fittings in a position that best suits your requirements. Each post includes a base plate to enable installation onto pre-existing hard surfaces such as concrete. Alternatively, you can set the posts into the ground and support them with concrete.

Specification

Our aluminium posts are made from a 3.5mm thick profile to ensure they provide an adequate means of supporting the weight of the gate. They are available in the same colour as the gate (black or anthracite grey) and include a black post cap to prevent water ingress.
