Ordering Sizes

• Width: The "fits opening" dimension refers to the gap size required to install each fence panel between existing posts or supports. This dimension already includes the space necessary for the mounting brackets. There are no further calculations necessary.

• Height: The "physical height" is calculated by measuring the distance between the lowest horizontal rail and the top of the finials. This dimension does not include any tolerance for ground clearance.

Metal Posts: If no existing support structure is present or many fence panels are required, you must install posts to link each section. As a result, you must factor in the extra space needed for these components.

Ordering Examples

• A total length of 1930mm is necessary for 1 x fence and 2 x 50mm metal posts.

• A total length of 3810mm is necessary for 2 x fence panels and 3 x 50mm metal posts.

• A total length of 5690mm is necessary for 3 x fence panels and 4 x 50mm metal posts.

When posts are required, you can choose from the following options:

• Flat Top 50mm (2”) Square Metal Post (in ground) – BP50x1600

• Ball Top 50mm (2”) Square Metal Post (in ground) – BP50x1600B

Useful Information About the Manor 4ft High Wrought Iron Style Metal Fence Panels

Fittings: A fitting pack is supplied with each panel you order. It will contain the 4 x metal fixing brackets and bolts. We do not supply you with the screws for mounting the brackets to the wall or posts.

Posts: When ordering metal posts, these must be the type suitable for your installation. "In-ground" designs should be set to a sufficient depth into the ground and needs to be supported using concrete.

Width: As shown in the "Ordering Sizes" section above, the "fits opening" dimension is the gap size required between posts or brick walls. It does not correspond to the physical width of the framework.

Painting: For ease of installation, the Manor fencing is zinc plated (electro galvanised) and powder-coated black. It needs no further treatment before installation.
