Handmade in the UK, it is easy to install and available in various sizes to suit many common pedestrian access points. With a 40mm x 30mm hanging stile, 40mm x 10mm closing stile and 16mm infill bars for strength and stability, it features ornamental details such as caged metalwork, fleur-de-lys finials, and dog bars with narrower spacing in the bottom portion. Depending on your prefrences, the gate can be purchased in a factory-primed black undercoat ready for painting before installation or pre-finished with a low minatenance zinc-plated and powder-coated paint option.

Ordering Sizes

• Width (Fits opening): This measurement is the size of the gap needed between masonry walls or existing posts. You do not need to make any adjustments for the hinges and latch as the space required for these components is already included in this measurement.

• Height (once installed): This measurement is from the ground to the top of the horizontal framework. It includes a 50mm (2") provision for ground clearance but doesn't include the finials above the top rail.

If the space between your brickwork or supports is 914mm, use the "fits opening 914mm" width option from the drop-down menu when completing your order.

Do You Need Metal Posts?

You must incorporate metal posts to support the hinges and latch if an existing support structure is unavailable. Please make sure there is sufficient space available if you use these components.

Example: An overall space of 1114mm is required when you order a gate to "fit an opening of 914mm" combined with 2 x 100mm posts.
